If you hibernate you laptop when you turn it on again and check the browser you will see the monitor stuck and then you gonna need to disable and enable the extension to make it work again or you close all the tabs and open again.

Can you specify in description how does this extension monitor performance and connectivity speed without monitoring traffic and data usage? Extension interface is neat and clean, but would love to know how it's working, is it using okla or speedtest?
