"Beware: Misleading Pricing and No Customer Support!c I had a terrible experience with Friend Connector. They promoted a subscription for $32, but when I subscribed, they charged me $132 instead. I tried contacting their support team, but no one responded to my inquiries. It’s extremely frustrating to feel like I’ve been scammed. I strongly advise against buying this software. Not only is their pricing misleading, but their lack of customer support makes it even worse. Stay away!

Didn't work for me. Beta version. Had contact to support multiple times. No refund. Don't waste your money.

If I could use less than 1 I would. I have never had anyone from customer service speak to me the way this company has. This software would not run properly, would shut my laptop down, and also got me put in Facebook jail. Yes, I watched all the tutorials and did everything as told. Customer service told me if I used the software properly it would work....um no, it isn't working. They told me that it was my problem, etc. After a few more emails, they told me to go somewhere else, of course when you ask for a refund that is flat out denied. I won't even go into the language they used either. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE!!!

Poor Customer service and software. Customer services didnt care and was inflexible when requesting a refund for an accidental upgrade. Then when i try to use it, the upgrade doesnt even work.

Le produit est cher, n'apporte aucune amélioration. Le paiement de 127 dollard est mensuel et ne s'arrête plus de prélever. Même si vous annuler le prélèvement en envoyant un mail au service client. Le logiciel ne fait que demander aux utilisateurs de Facebook de devenir des amis. Si les utilisateurs de FB ne vous acceptent pas vous faite tout ce travail pour rien. De plus vous risquez de vous faire virer de FB qui n'apprécie pas le robot. Faites donc très attention. Actuellement je sollicite mon remboursement de prélèvement automatique d'abonnement alors que je n'avais signé que pour un mois. Le mois suivant, le prélèvement c'est fait sans que je ne reçoive aucune facture ni annonce de ce prélèvement. Je n'avais aucun moyen sur leur espace d'avoir la main sur la résiliation de l'abonnement. La résiliation doit se faire par envoi de mail. Nous devons attendre qu'il veille la traiter. Ils ne remboursent pas. Si vous pensez à utiliser tout de même cet outils pour le tester faites très attention à résilier car la résiliation n'est pas automatique.

I have been using friend connector for over a month. It saves me a ton of time. I hate spending time on repetitive tasks. When I finish my day I just turn on the software and let it do its thing. The next day I generate some conversations. I defiantly recommend this software. 5 stars in my book.

I have been using Friend Connector for over 6 weeks now, and I really like the thought and inovation used in this software. First, it allows me the opportunity to find qualified leads for my affiliate marketing business without spending the time to read through each and every profile saving me hundreds of hours (not an exageration) Second, it allows me to engage with the qualified leads and helps those who are interested in affiliate marketing services to join my page. I even like the delete pending requests feature, simply because Friend Connector pinpoints so many qualified prospects that if they do not respond within 24 hours, I can quickly remove them and keep Facebook happy with my page. Great software!!!
