🛠️ How to Use Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar to open the popup.

Use the main toggle button to enable or disable SleepyTab.

The input field automatically detects the domain of your current site. Click Add to include it in your target list.

Once added, that site will automatically pause or mute when its tab is inactive.

To remove a site, simply click the Delete button next to it in the list.
