I could not figure out how to kill overlay popups, where clicking anywhere on a page opens a new tab with betway or other random sites. PopUpOff is the ONLY way I have managed to get rid of them. 6/5 stars!

Stopped working today. Can't change the setting for new sites any more, it just uses the default. It remembers sites prior to today okay.

I've tried many and this one is much better than the others. It manages to remove the annoying pop-ups that ask for cookie permissions repeatedly... I'm finally free of them! Other extensions require you to pay to have the same functionality that this one offers for FREE. I'm happy to have discovered it. Many thanks to the developer Roman Smunyov. He probado muchos y este es mucho mejor que los demás. Consigue suprimir las molestas ventanas que piden los permisos de las cookies de forma repetida... ¡por fin me he librado de ellas! Excellent, stops pop-ups like those that ask for permissions to steal your data and make you un-tick 100 boxes before you can use the site.

Working surprisingly well so far, need to be turn on and got multiple settings which is good...

I really enjoy this extension, and I use it a lot. This is not an Ad blocker, this is a pop-up/sticky element blocker. Many sites nowadays have features that "stick" to your screen in some way, and this removes as much of that you want it to. It works well, and allows me to tell a site "No" when it keeps wanting to put stuff in my face. A friend recommended this to me about a year and a half ago, I have enjoyed it this whole time.
