the program barely add people to channel or group. contacted support, no answer

Eu fiz um teste e deu certo, você pode disparar várias mensagem. Recomendo disparar poucos contatos nos primeiros dias, eu fiz assim disparei no 1º dia até 200 contatos e nos dias seguintes eu amentei o número em 50 a cada dia que passava.
