It would seem there's a lot of fake reviews that say this works, but it does not. The suggestions others give, when they say it does work, are not applicable, they tell you to select options which don't exist. Not only does this not work in the least bit. But they actively have bots giving it positive reviews.
Thanks to reviews got it to work. Don't understand the need to add activation button in the extension when i could just turn it off in chrome settings if i wanted to, but it does indeed work.

Doesn't do anything at all.
For the people struggling to get this extension to work. You need to enable the 'hide the "shorts" tab', and the 'hide shorts video' settings, then click the red power button so it turns green. It works a charm for me! No more shorts!
