Fix the image problem. It sends me to some random r/funny page whenever I click on an image.
works perfectly except for the fact i cant click on images to view them closer as it redirects me too many times
Can get in some redirect loops quite easily. I find myself having to open images in an incognito tab if I need a closer look. Modmail and other mod tools are often broken. Otherwise good extension design and works as expected, aside from having to sign in with it disabled first. Maybe consider adding in something that limits how many times a redirect is attempted, and to default to modern reddit if exceeded for that page. A paused option on the extension instead of just looping between old, new, and i could help. Ty for keeping new.reddit in mind!
Excellent ! A majority of the redirect extensions only handle old.reddit and just dont seem to care about the others, meanwhile this lets you easily toggle between old. new. and i. as and when you need which is super super useful. Thanks dude!!!
Very good and works fine. However, I can't open images in a new tab, too many redirect error.
Give it an additionally option, to disable it and we are good. A blacklist / ignore URLs function working with regex would be awesome. Reason for this would be, that people (like myself) might have trouble opening post pictures. I run into a "too many redirects" error.
As of today, it works to get me back to new.reddit.com. Yeah, clicking images doesn't work, but I can always right-click them into an incognito window. Thanks!
this extension breaks redddit links with images, for example "https://preview.redd.it/" not working
Thank god
this is overall pretty good and the only extension I've seen that will allow me to use the pre-2024 new reddit, but the extension breaks when you attempt to open an image in a new tab. It just tries to redirect you too many times and then fails.
i use for reddirect every with new.
You saved my sanity. new new is absolutely terrible. new.reddit.com is the way.
