In the new normal, sedentary lifestyles are common, we are glued down to the chair of our computers, tending to endless errands while forgetting to look after our own body. I want to help people get back to the act of moving. Get them up to drink a glass of water, stretch their body, or prompt them to go outside for a breath of fresh air. All that while being as non-intrusive as possible as to help them keep their momentum while boosting productivity.
