not working, the downloading file still download from chrome not from fdm program

When I try to install it on mac os I get this error in terminal: "NodeJS status = 1 Installer is using the embedded NodeJS"

not working. when I going to download something FDM is not starting but in build browser downloader

its surprisingly good even though it looks like a complete scam. after it sent me to a sketchy link i was going to delete it but then when i clicked the three dots to delete it i saw the other actions i could do. One of them was "download all links" which basically searches for all links on the current tab ur on. select the download link and BOOM! it transfers to free download manager! Also all of you writing reviews are total bots, I mean how am I gonna believe youre a real person when you say "best" like c'mon man. Anyway instal free download manager, from 288 KB/s to a WHOPPING 4.1 MB/s holy!

A extensão original sempre pára de funcionar de repente no chrome. Tenho que reinstalar a extensão, que volta a funcionar, mas o problema sempre volta. Essa alternativa funciona bem melhor. Para o correto funcionamento, não se esqueça de baixar e instalar também o add-on no gifthub. O único contra é que muitas vezes ao invés de apenas abrir a janela de download, ele abre também a janela do programa (que tenho sempre que fechar). Ainda sim, isso é menos pior do que a extensão parar de funcionar. ATUALIZAÇÃO: Está funcionando pelo menu de contexto mas parou de funcionar diretamente por qualquer link de download, que é o esperado. Uma pena...
