The home button only removes content from the home page, but the button is still present in the sidebar. If you remove the button, everything will be better. "Hide Thumbnails" button only works on table mode, doesn't work on list mode. If you remove the thumbnails from the “Save to Playlist” box, the extension will be PERFECT!

Boom, 5 stars! This had exactly what I needed. Since YouTube's new interface update, I could no longer block end cards. Found this extension and saw it was updated this October, and what do you know, end cards blocked. Thanks Clean YouTube, such a useful tool!
