    I was a little bit skeptical about AI’s ability to provide human-like answers despite using GPT in my everyday life and work. You know, you always feel that you talk to a robot.     The thing you’d better be aware of is that you need a well-structured knowledge base to make AI work properly. We restructured and expanded ours - and no regrets! It was worth investing time since AI provides accurate answers pretty close to those provided by human agents, even in terms of speech style.

    I’ve never imagined that AI tools for corporate users can be so easy to install and use. For our customer service department, the procedure took a few hours. Agents get the response draft right in Zendesk, they don’t need to switch between windows. We’ll see how it will work in the future, but as for today, we saw a solid start, and we feel quite optimistic.
