Kann man wärmstens empfehlen. Ist sicherlich hier und da noch Ausbaufähig, aber so wie er derzeit ist, ist er gut!
How do I transfer my city 1:1 from the game into the tool?
Sehr hilfreich um in höheren Leveln einen Überblick über die Stadt und Gebäude zu behalten. Danke!
I'm giving it 3 stars for now. I have 8 cities and use Firefox, Edge, Chrome, and Opera and sometimes Brave. I was able to install the extension on all but Firefox (it wanted me to install Chrome instead). The graphics are clear and bright, easy to differentiate buildings. When I clicked on the inventory at the top, I got a message to open the inventory (press I) in game, then refresh the extension. I did but still could not find inventory so I went back to game and clicked on the "instants" tab then refreshed the extension and the inventory appeared as a list. There were several things I was not able to do: 1. I could not find a way to add buildings that are not currently in the city, such as settlement buildings or other buildings (including the buildings on the inventory list) that I want to plan room for. Buildings have to actually be placed in the city before they show up in the extension. 2. I could not upgrade buildings on the extension. This is needed, especially for planning placement for buildings that change size and orientation when upgraded. 3. I didn’t see a way to save the plans for future use. I like planning a new settlement while finishing up the chapter I’m currently in so I need a way to save it for when I’m ready to start making moves. The extension shows the actual in game active and inactive expansions and you are able to move buildings and place them on the inactive expansions but it would be nice to have some extra space to put buildings during planning. You can also copy a building that you plan to add more of as long as you already have one in the city. This is extension is a good start but still needs more features to make it usable for city planning. Right now, it is just a little better than using the “hide buildings” feature in game.
This extension deals with all the common annoyances in the game: where's my polar bear?! how do I place the new settlement buildings? How do I spot old culture buildings wasting space when new, stronger ones, sit in my inventory? No need for graph paper or lego blocks, it's all there, and more. With the lack of other up-to-date tools, I found it a blessing for the new year.
