I've been using this for about 5 years and I can't live without it.
Why, I didn't know about you guys sooner... This tool is a game changer. I can say, its easily helping me double my productivity🙌🏽
Terrific app! Has helped me organize all my work, brilliantly.
Absolute game changer when you have multiple desktops.
I came to this tab suspender after the one I used for years stopped getting updated. This was the best one I have found so far. But in the sample photos, there's an option to "Unsuspend all tabs," which I don't see in the actual extension after downloading. That is one feature I really want. My other big issue with this extension is that the tabs totally fail, requiring me to click the tab, fully refresh, then click it again to reopen. It's a LOT of steps to get them back. While it also hide the favicon logos making it really hard to figure out what tab is what. I have to click through all the tabs, refresh them, just to see the tiny favicon.
This tab suspender was working great before, but starting a few weeks ago, it has stopped auto-suspending tabs. I can only manually suspend tabs now, which is annoying and kinda ruins the point of the whole thing.
Why account?
cpu loaded
It's cool, I like the "suspend all other tabs" button, for when I need to free up some RAM for another app, but still interact with just one site.
Great! But have some flaws… ⌨️ No Keyboard Shortcuts The biggest drawback: there are no hotkeys to manually suspend or unsuspend tabs. This can be frustrating for power users who rely on keyboard workflows. You have to wait for auto-suspension or use the extension menu. 🛠 No Manual Control via Context Menu Unlike some competitors (like Auto Tab Discard), you can’t right-click a tab to manually suspend or restore it. The lack of manual controls makes it a little too “hands-off” at times. 🔄 Occasional Loss of Tab State This is more of a browser limitation than a Workona flaw — but some websites don’t preserve their state after being suspended (e.g., text in unsaved forms). A warning system before suspending such tabs would be nice.
The only one that seems to do wht it says
Cannot even see the settings without signing up... Not ready to share my email for a sus extension in my browser.
