It keeps disconnecting from my computer and freezing my Promethean screen.

Was working fine until recently. Now it just crashes every time I try to share my entire screen, window, or tab to an ActivPanel 9.

It needs to be on the exact same network. Won't work on two seperate sub networks even though they're the same. it's absurd and annoying.

teacher made me get this app and now he can see everything and he makes us do more work
