It is not made clear before downloading that this is a) a paid service and b) no longer being maintained.

It's an okay app, but it's too expensive and it's functionality is lacking. It's great that will it export a screenshot, (which, for some reason, isn't built into comments exporter), but it doesn't include the nested comments into the screenshots. I mistakely assumed it was, only to end up with every missing sub-comment. Frankly, this does less than using Safari on the iPhone and using the "Full Page" button. For $10/month, it's simply too expensive not to capture the entire post. If you just want to download the raw data in json or csv formats, it's great for that, but if you're looking for screenshots, you're out of luck.

When I choose to download all attachments, it only downloads posts with images or shared images, but not videos, whether they are self-posted or shared. Even the video thumbnails are not downloaded. Please check and upgrade, thank you.

I am a graduate student trying to gather data for my dissertation and I was nearly pulling my hair out with how I was going to be able to get posts that spanned across two years for a public facebook group page. I came across this extension and it was a GAMECHANGER! Not only am I able to quickly pull only the desired posts, it also provides them in an organized fashion with each post getting its own folder. Additionally, I was able to take screenshots of the posts can access them easily without internet connection when needed. I can only image how much time this would have taken if I did it manually and I am so glad that I did not have to find out. Definitely well worth it and a huge plus at how user friendly the process is and how organized the downloads are.
