Works on most websites that have an "accept all cookies" wall and lots that have a "create an account/sign in" wall before you can read content. Very happy that developer doesn't even collect, let alone pass on, any data.

worked here in 2026 on KBB complaining about my adblocker, so I found this that worked perfectly and removed that. (Game of whack-a-mole with ads these days online)

It completely stopped working and is not removing any overlays at all.

Works perfectly for the specific website I needed it for. Removed the annoying popup to disable my ad-blocker.

This extension should remove "overflow:hidden" style from the body and html(?) tags of the document. Every overlay adds this style. And in the case when overlay is blocked, e. g., by adblock, the style stays, breaking the page navigation.

Unfortunately doesn't work on a particular live tv streaming site I'm trying to use. Basically the site picks up on the fact there's an adblocker so it disables the stream. I use BTO which removes the overlay like it says it does, however the page then needs to be refreshed for the stream to restart which in turn also resets BTO back to off so I'm back to square one :/

Very nice extenssion, I would like it to remove those things automatically, without having to use the shortcut keys combination. Thank you

Unfortunately the new shortcut (ctrl-shift-x or cmd-shift-x on Mac) cannot be changed and it is in conflict with an important shortcut that I have to use every day for work (that same shortcut is used to enable formatting in Microsoft Teams messages) so I had to remove the extension from my work machine. Hopefully the dev gives us a way to customize or disable the shortcut! Other than that the extension is great and works very well, but I can't give more than 3 stars if I can only use it on some of my computers...
