How to Use Instagram:

1. Navigate to instagram.com/YOUR_USERNAME/saved/all-posts/ (e.g., instagram.com/robert.dong/saved/all-posts/) Or: Open your profile → Click "Saved" → Select "All Posts"
2. Scroll down to load posts (Instagram uses lazy loading)
3. Click the extension icon
4. Extract saved post/reel URLs
5. Review and remove unwanted URLs
6. Send to Trend Spotter for AI analysis
