Great, solved my problem with the annoying cards, but I didn't need the end videos removed so it's good that it can be toggled

No, it does not break loop functionality. And it works perfectly.

Youtube has decided to start allowing end cards to appear several minutes before a video ends. This extension is now a requirement for youtube.
