Very clunky. Multiple issues. - Keeps "forgetting" the API key: appears to be if I have multiple Chrome profiles logged in at the same time - Can only click the "issue search" box in one particular part of the box - Searches for previous issues are completely unpredictable

The app increased the team productivity as they can now create tickets directly from email , eliminating the need to switch to Jira. They also always release new features and improvements. Highly recommended!

You pay for the integration and it doesn't even work. Mail attachments are not being attached, so it beats the reason I installed this in first place. Want my money back
