The iBoss Cloud Connector has been one of the most frustrating tools I’ve had to use. The software feels slow, outdated, and overly complicated for something that’s supposed to “secure” a connection. Instead, it ends up slowing down the entire device. The login process is unreliable — half the time it fails to authenticate or randomly disconnects, forcing you to restart the connector just to get online. The interface also feels clunky and unintuitive, like it hasn’t been updated in years. Performance is another major issue. Internet speeds drop significantly whenever the connector is active, and pages time out far more often than they should. For a product meant to help productivity in a networked environment, it often does the opposite. Overall, it causes more headaches than it solves, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless your organization absolutely requires it and you have no other choice.
