I use Chargedesk to run my entire business. It makes it so easy for my agents to collect payment from customers over the phone and to manage subscriptions for customers. James is always extremely helpful whenever I have questions as well. 100% must have if you take payment over the phone or have agents the manage refunds/subscriptions/etc over the phone.

this extension is amazing. if you have a stripe account (and they support others) this tool is a must have. just watch their help videos for 5 minutes and you'll instantly see the benefits. We also use the zendesk plug in.
