This works perfectly at removing Youtube Shorts! There's only one problem... As you scroll down and youtube is loading more videos, i think Youtube tries to reposition you in the list as new content loads, but since the Shorts are gone, you arent down the page as far as Youtube thinks you are and so the screen will flash and you'll be a little ways UP the page, scrolling back through several rows of videos you've already scrolled through and you need to scroll down again. This gets frustrating since the further you scroll, the further up it puts you when it flashes. But on the bright side, Shorts are gone!

Works unexepectedly well. Haven't seen any shorts on home page, search results, nor post-video recommendations since installing! It works rather quickly; they flash up for a split second when first loading the webpage, then immediately disappear fast enough to not notice they were there unless I'm thinking about it. The webpage formatting coalesces well to avoid gaps and visual glitches as well. Was happy that I could still access shorts manually through a specific creator's page without disabling the extension if I am going out of my way to seek specific content under their shorts/channel search function. Feels like whoever made the extension actually put in that small extra effort to make sure it only worked in sensible contexts without needing to think about it. Almost forgot I had it installed until I was looking through my extensions since I've never once felt like it gets in my way. 10/10, have prevented myself from so many hours of dopamine scrolling.

It works. It does not hide the button on the left to see shorts though. I would like to see that added as a option you can toggle to.
