As a product owner Dummi has helped us to easily triage reported issues. Issues reported as a "Bug" can often be attributed down to feature design or user training/education. Dummi has increased our support team's ability to handle customer support significantly. We used to have a support team of four which has now been reduced to one! That support team member has been tackling more support requests than before too. It's allowed other support team members to step into other roles in the business which has been an fantastic additional benefit. The screen capture feature is incredibly useful and it's made the communication between our developers and support team much stronger. I don't test software all the time, but have come across this tool for speeding up the process when I do, and it has not let me know. Easy to use and super simple to get started.
