Does what it says on the tin. However. I have found that recently it wipes out the entire first page of google results except for the first. This is now unusable for me because the first page is where all the good results USUALLY are. Unfortunately I cannot keep using this while it hides that many results.

Does exactly as it says - removes the nonsense AI overviews from search results. It touches nothing else, and works flawlessly

seems to work well. had trouble at the start, had to go into 'manage extensions' and give more permissions.

Does what it says on the tin. I don't mind updating a free extension now and then to be rid of the AI nonsense!

Works for a bit but will stop once they start rolling out updates. Will have to reinstall repeatedly

This chrome extension is excellent! I utterly despise AI Google Overview and since there is no built-in ability to turn off AI Google Overview provided by Google (which sucks and should not be happening), this has been really helpful! Although, I have read some reviews that it doesn't work for some Google Chrome updates so please try fix that! Also for people who are using this with the intention of helping the environment by not using AI (which I respect) this extension does not do that. It just hides the AI Overview. I do not know how to turn AI Overview fully without just hiding it as when I ask Google how to get rid of the AI Overview, it tells me to go to SearchLabs settings, and I don't have SearchLabs nor do I know what that is.
