The constant popup begging you to rate the extension is unnecessary. Do it one time and let me click "later", seeing it 5 times in a work session makes me want to uninstall it

It was *super* freakin' annoying when Chrome suddenly decided to start saving all images from the browser as .webp files. Does *anything* even support this format, other than on the web?! Anyhow, your extension fixed the problem for me and I'm grateful.
