Works perfectly for me as of today, on Chrome version 141 on MacOS Seqouia 15.6. After the initial install make sure you click the extension and click "Sign in with Google".

Does not work in the most current version of Chrome/Windows 10

Opera GX installed Plugin click on plugin to Sign in with Google Nothing pop up to login nothing happen try to use save on image "{ "code": 16, "message": "Authentication session is not defined." }"

It works well so far, which is not the case for all the other extensions that I tried that claim to do the same thing.
