The extension operates in two modes: Pause and Resume. In Resume mode, the extension actively processes requests from Streaml, while Pause mode stops all operations and clears pending work. Users have complete control over when the extension is active.

LinkedIn Integration provides assistance with messaging, commenting, and connection requests with smart queue processing. The extension can assist with sending personalized direct messages, posting comments, and connection requests with custom notes, all while maintaining user confirmation for each action. X (Twitter) Integration offers direct messaging and commenting capabilities with automatic profile detection and DM interface handling. Instagram Integration includes direct messaging features with profile navigation and message drafting. Reddit Integration adds direct messaging support with automatic profile detection and DM interface management and also for assisting in engaging with the profile via commenting.

Control and Safety features include a permissions toggle for LinkedIn auto-send functionality, allowing users to choose between automatic sending and manual confirmation. The extension maintains a comprehensive logging system that tracks all activities with downloadable logs. Queue management includes built-in delays and error handling to ensure responsible operation across all platforms.

The extension integrates specifically with the Streaml platform at app.streaml.app, receiving profile URLs and messages, processing them automatically across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Reddit, and sending back status updates and completion confirmations. All operations maintain a queue of pending work that can be managed through the extension interface.

Technical implementation uses Manifest V3 standards with a service worker for background processing and content scripts for page interaction. The queue system processes requests in FIFO order with random delays to avoid detection, includes error recovery mechanisms, and provides real-time status tracking and logging.

Required permissions include scripting for assisting across social media platforms, storage for local preferences and settings, downloads for log file exports, and alarms for timing and rate limiting.
