Paid for a monthly subscription through PayPal. It was working fine for about 12 hours but then their website said that I no longer have a subscription. Checked PayPal and the subscription was active and paid for. There is some type of back-end problem on their end with managing subscriptions. I contacted their technical support, which was just unhelpful AI that did not do anything meaningful. They never contacted me back so I went to PayPal and requested a partial refund, which was immediately granted. Soon thereafter, they canceled my subscription on their end.

Terribly buggy, tried to use it on my feed doing one month at a time. I had to restart the query at least 10 times for it to fetch all of the entries for the month. Similarly, the query feature is buggy, finds only a fraction of entries with desired keyword.

Works great. It made purging my Facebook information a breeze!

It is the best choice if you need it. Compared to other extensions of the same model, ESUIT can log in and use it on other different devices, which is a worthwhile place to be!

Not perfect, but surely one of the best. I am satisfied.

After using free credits and not getting far into 3+ years of stuff, I purchased the basic subscription, deleted all in the space of an hour MAX. haha, thank you, brilliant extension!
