My official verified WhatsApp number got banned. While using this software and I would suggest other to not go for this trap of third party tools. Go for meta verified tools. These tools will ruin the number. My blue tick number got banned. I subscribed for more than months thinking it will improve my business rather opposite happened. And, the shocking part was my usage was also not high the Ai replies and auto follow up as pitched to is scam. I was using combinations of both. I would suggest other business to go other meta verified tools. And once the number is banned even the whole team is hopeless as how to go about the issue. The tool is not mature to be used properly. I am very disappointed as I lost so much because of this. It's really bad. I don't think if this the way to go about doing the business. I would request you to follow what's app policies.

After I bought Kraya for helping me with my business but, my WhatsApp got banned twice and two different numbers got banned. They promised that their tool would let me send auto follow-ups without worrying about verification, but instead of owning up to the issue, they blamed the content I was sending- the same content was being sent before using Kraya, and I never got banned. As soon as I used their tool, my WhatsApp was banned twice. I’ve been using WhatsApp for years. I paid 1500, but ended up losing contacts and revenue because of it. Now, I am just hanging around with my whatsapp banned, subcription paid, business affected and nothing to do.

I would write a much worse review for Kraya, as my unofficial WhatsApp got banned the moment I purchased and there has been no help. I've been using WhatsApp for the last 10 years, but Kraya ruined my business. It’s completely irresponsible. I would not recommend using Kraya’s tools, as they do not comply with WhatsApp's policies. It’s just another startup offering fake WhatsApp messaging software to make money. If your WhatsApp gets banned, it’s entirely your fault. Even though they know that using third-party tools will result in a ban, they continue selling it. I would suggest going with a company that at least has some credibility. This business has zero ethics or concern for its users. That’s all I want to say.
