So far I am loving this product! I ended up signing up for the premium paid version because I'm using the scheduled chat feature and have to say it has upped my engagement so much. Plus the developers are hands on and easy to work with if there are issues. They even take suggestions on how to improve the product. I understand why the free version may not appeal but it's absolutely worth the upgrade if you are reaching your targets through messenger for the schedule feature alone!

I am so happy to have purchased Messenger Organizer because of the features it offers. Categorization is not available on Facebook so this software is extremely necessary for personal Facebook users as sales channels like me. 5 stars for the features and 10 stars for the quick technical support.

Not free besides 14 day trial. I couldn't figure out on the "free" version how to put chats inside my two folders. Very complicated and not worth the trouble. I'm deleting it.

Terrible. Coming from a FREE user's perspective: Horrid. The product barely lets you do anything, limits you to two useless folders, and constantly advertises the premium version. It is obvious that this is solely intended to be a paid endeavor The Free version limits you to Two folders and Color-Coded messages. The most useful part, "Easy Navigation" which you would expect to act similarly to File Explorer Folders, is paywalled. Even the isolation of some folders from the other is not a feature. This practically makes folders useless. Instead of making folders, just take a Google Docs with a table of your chats and organize it from there. Worst yet, to sign up, you are constantly bombarded with the "Pricing", the "Free 14-day Trial". It fills you with so much advertisement that the website can't highlight How To Properly Install the thing. More so, $47 is an outrageous price for automated messages and templates. One would be better off making their own API with ChatGPT or hire an actual programmer to suit your specific needs than this.
