Super useful for tracking bugs as a team BugHerd makes it incredibly easy to highlight bugs directly on the page and turn them into trackable tasks. Everyone on the team can see the issues, leave comments, and follow progress. It's really streamlined our workflow—we’re resolving issues much faster now.

We tried a few bug tracking / feedback tools and BugHerd is by far the best we've tried. Simple to set up, it does not require us to put individual tracking codes on websites which is a huge time saver (instead, you install a Chrome extension). We can just create the project in BugHerd and away we go. We can make our own columns to track bugs across their lifecycle, and even give clients specific access to submit bugs but not see bugs they didn't submit etc. We love it!

We've loved our experience with Bugherd and our clients do too. (Our newest client said, "Wow! What an awesome tool!!" when introduced :) Customer support was super responsive and helpful when I had a big issue with the product earlier this year - we've been very satisfied overall with Bugherd :)

We use bugherd on all sites during development and post launch. The extension works faster and is less buggy than using the strict javascript include on each site individually. Copy and pasting a javascript snippet might not feel like a lot of work but when you're managing hundreds of projects, it's nice to have the chrome extension.

BugHerd has streamlined our review process internally for website development. I could not imagine work without it. I love that you can take screenshots as you assign tasks and the URL of the page is also linked in the task. We use this on the front end and the backend of WordPress for updates to our developers and LOVE IT. Highly recommend!

Absolute gamechanger, this has made it so much easier to give and review feedback on all types of projects, large and small. It keeps everything organised and the functionality isn't fiddly at all, you don't have to spend ages setting projects up, it's really easy to use. I have trouble with the chrome extension working. It doesn't pick up the projects which causes me to have to go through the bugherd site to make the sidebar appear. Aside from that, I love Bugherd. It really smooths communication between me and my team for fixes.
